Five refreshing and gourmet flavors selected especially for you!
You love desserts and that’s good news because we do too. Whether you are a sweet tooth or just an ice cream lover, we got you covered! Because when the sun is out and you’re enjoying the terraces, what could be better than a little ice cream? Even if summer is not officially here, our Swiss-made ice creams will make you melt with pleasure. Our Holy Cow! desserts are available all year round in our 16 restaurants across Switzerland.
After satisfying your belly with a Holy Cow! burger, refresh yourself with one of our tasty & 100% handmade ice creams “made in Switzerland”. Our supplier, Les Oliviers, based in Ste-Croix in the canton of Vaud, shares the same values as Holy Cow!: to offer quality with local products. Widely known and appreciated in the North Vaud region for more than a decade, Les Oliviers now travels throughout Switzerland in our Holy Cow! restaurants. These locally made ice creams support our brand values and our goal to offer the best for your taste buds.
For your pleasure, we have carefully selected five flavors at Les Oliviers. Among them, we offer you two lactose-free sorbets and three ice creams made with Gruyère AOP farm milk. As with our burgers, there is one for everyone! While our vanilla ice cream will take you to exotic lands, our Valais apricot sorbet will give you a more local taste. There are also three other flavors more classic but equally tasty: strawberry, chocolate and coffee.
Who would say no to a delicious Holy Cow! ice cream by the lake? Just like the rest of our menu our ice creams are available on the click & collect through our app or on all delivery platforms. No more excuses not to try your new favorite dessert!
